as a beginner, i have difficulties with this hip action. by chance, i found a way that feels like making this easier for me: at the top of the backswing i find my weight at the outside of the right food. so if i, while holding this position for a moment, simply roll my weight to the inside, it seems that this hipslide followes automatically. could this be? or where i´m missing?

Steve - I like the idea of pushing the right knee towards the left toe. Noone that I have seen/read has put the transition action in such a way that I can understand. Now this move combined with your ‘through-swing’ video should really help me out.
